SCORING SYSTEM

Correctly picking a swimmer to place:

  • 1st – 7 points
  • 2nd – 6 points
  • 3rd – 5 points
  • 4th – 4 point

Correctly picking a swimmer to place in the top 4 but putting them in the wrong spot will earn you 2 points.

Picks will close at Noon U.S. Eastern Time on Tuesday, December 12. At that time, picks will be closed and we will post everyone’s entries.

You CAN go in and edit your responses up until midnight on Friday. You can also use this “edit responses” ability to go in and print or save your answers.

The tie-breaker for prizes, if necessary, will be the most correctly-picked winners in the relevant time period, then 2nd-place finishers, then 3rd-place finishers, etc. in the relevant time period.

Can we just talk about the legendary matchup that is Zach Harting vs Hunter Armstrong in the 50 Back. Loser’s punishment is a karaoke song of the winners choosing.

I would wait too. If they close entries on Tues 13th noon in NYC… day 1 will be finished in Melbourne. Guess everybody gets day 1 right. Kinda like the free square in bingo.

Lol I assume they mean noon on Monday. I recall they made a similar mistake with the pickems in Tokyo but then changed it.

The women’s 50 back list seems to be incomplete.

Also men’s 400 free list doesn’t include the names of Sates and Djakovic.

I think there are a few. To anyone reading this: I would wait a few hours so they can fix this. Otherwise you’ll likely have to go through the form and make corrections.
