Confirmation from Jason Knapp that NBC Sports will not be covering Short Course Worlds this year. Such a shame. Does this meet really get lower viewership than TYR Pro Swim Series and the US Open?

Does this make me a bad swimming fan if I’m less likely to watch this meet live if we don’t get a proper US stream with Rowdy Gaines and Jason Knapp commentating?

Ok, I don’t care about Jason that much, but it’s almost always him doing play by play unless it’s Olympics/Olympic Trials.

I will not accept any Rowdy slander.

Any word yet on how to watch/stream from USA? Will USA Swimming have a live feed, or anyone else not requiring a cable subscription?

Any reason you didn’t do the relays? Short course relays tend to be really unpredictable I guess.

Just using flat start season best, Australian Women should break the 100 free relay WR and Chinese women should break the 200 free relay WR (with Australia possibly beating the old record, but won’t beat China).

Definitely two relays to watch!

There are way too many relays at short course Worlds. Many teams may not treat all relays seriously in order not to overload the swimmers. And it’s not even interesting for fans to watch all of them. FINA should cut the numbers.

There are only 4 more relays than usual. 12 compared to 8. But yeah I’m not a fan of the 50 relays tbh. Could just keep the normal relays.

The mixed relays should be 100s.
