Cardinal Aquatics in Louisville, Kentucky (based out of the University of Louisville pool) rang in the new year in Sarasota, Florida, where the senior and national training groups held their 3rd-annual training trip.
The team trained out of the Arlington Park pool, which has an outdoor 50 meter lap pool among other aquatic and non-aquatic amenities. In addition to the regular challenging holiday training, the group underwent a few big test sets and had some challenge relays to earn rewards throughout the week.
The team is preparing for a big upcoming meet when they head to Carmel, Indiana for the annual CSC Winter Invite that draws in many off the regions best teams.
