It can be difficult to look beyond the 2016 Olympic Games, now just 7 months away, but organizers of the 2017 FINA World Championships in Budapest, Hungary already have eyes on promoting their own event.
Within the just-released early promotional video, the aquatic disciplines of swimming, synchronized swimming, diving and water polo, are set against two famous landmarks within the city of Budapest. Both the Széchenyi Chain Bridge, as well as the Hungarian Parliament Building can be seen amidst the silver-suited clad athletes performing gracefully among clouds and light.
Hungarian Olympic champion Daniel Gyurta makes a cameo appearance at the end with a smile and a wave, as the Budapest 2017 logo flashes onto the screen.
