I don’t know much about Arkady except he can swim real fast. My question is how did he learn how to speak English so well? Has he lived in the USA for very long?

I don’t know how he learned to speak English so well. I suspect he started young :). He clearly is a bright, young man. He has only been in the USA for a couple of years. I personally did have fun speaking Russian with him though, which he liked.
