The center of a donut is 100% fat free #MondayMotivation
— Aidan Burns (@Aidan97Burns) October 12, 2015
We think donuts are important, and that’s why this is the 2nd week in a row that a donut-related tweet has made it onto this list. Enjoy donuts, folks, but always in moderation. Especially if you’re on taper.

Halloween’s coming up. Ruta’s already seeing skulls in her coffee. What’s really scary, though, is the fact that tomorrow morning is swim practice and I’ve had too many donuts this weekend to survive that 5am wake up.

Put your prayer hands up 🙏🏼 long course duel meet
— Jess Thielmann (@JJThiel) October 16, 2015
You know what, long course might just be scarier than morning practice. Yes, yes it definitely is. Whose idea was it to make a pool that long? No, coach, I don’t want to do the 400m IM. I’m a sprinter if we’re at a long course meet.

Even the fastest sprint sisters in the entire world have to get their wisdom teeth out.
