The two-time defending Atlantic 10 Champion St. Bonaventure men’s swimming and diving team will start their run at a third consecutive title on Saturday, Oct. 18, at 12:00 p.m. when they host the Colgate Raiders.

Scouting the Bonnies
The St. Bonaventure men’s swimming and diving teams have won two consecutive Atlantic 10 Championships, and have been picked to win a third in the A-10 preseason swimming and diving poll.
The Bonnies return 18 swimmers from last year’s team.
Among the returners are seniors Vatslav Lets , Ripley Danner, Nathan Earl, and Matthew Rochna. Also returning is the defending Atlantic 10 most outstanding performer Michael Pilyugin.
The Bonnies roster boasts the last two most outstanding performer award winners in Lets and Pilyugin.
The meet against the Raiders will be the first of four home meets for the Bonnies.
WOMEN
The St. Bonaventure women’s swimming and diving teams will kick off their home meet schedule this Saturday, Oct. 18, at 12:00pm vs. the Colgate Raiders. This meet will mark the first scored event of the season. The Bonnies competed in the WNY invitational Oct. 4, which was a non-scored event.

Scouting the Bonnies
This is St. Bonaventure Head Coach Krista Carlson’s first season leading the Bonnies.
St. Bonaventure returns 18 swimmers from last year’s team which placed ninth at the Atlantic 10 Championships.
Among the returners are seniors Rachel Bantelman, Rachel Bull, Lauren Caldwell, Meaghan McCann and Aly Paz as well as sophomore standout Tanja Kirmse.
As a freshman Kirmse was the top finisher for the Bonnies placing third in both the 500 freestyle and the 200 freestyle.
The meet against the Raiders will be the first of four home meets for the Bonnies.
