As Formula 1, UEFA Pull Event from Russia, FINA Expresses “Deep Concern”

By Thursday evening, Formula 1 had decided it was impossible to host a race in Russia this year, and UEFA moved its jewel Champions League final from St. Petersburg. By Friday morning, FINA expressed deep concern.
