Ohio State Suits Up for Mid-Season SPEED | PRACTICE + PANCAKES

SwimSwam took a visit to Columbus, Ohio to see how the Ohio State Buckeyes were preparing for their mid-season invite. On this Thursday morning, all Zones on the OSU swim team suited up for some fast swims.

  • Zone 1 (Male Sprinters) – Broken 100s
  • Zone 2 (Female Sprinters) – Broken 100s (Option to suit up or not)
  • Zone 3 (Mid-Distance) – Pace 50s
  • Zone 4/5 (Distance/Long IM) – Pace 100s/50s

What a great job Coach Gayo is doing! One of the best coaches right now for sure!! Keep it up!!

Coach Gayo is good but he inherited one of best sprint groups in the NCAA. Coach Bowe and Coach Tansel built that program into a sprint powerhouse. Let’s see where OSU is in the next few years before we give too much kudos.
