Funchal to Host IPC Swimming Euros

IPC Swimming announced on Tuesday (23 June) that the city of Funchal, on the island of Madeira, Portugal, will host the 2016 IPC Swimming European Open Championships just months before the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.
