Megan Woods Commits to DIII Miserecordia University

Fitter and Faster Swim Camps is the proud sponsor of SwimSwam’s College Recruiting Channel and all commitment news. For many, swimming in college is a lifelong dream that is pursued with dedication and determination. Fitter and Faster is proud to honor these athletes and those who supported them on their journey.

Megan Woods, an incoming high school senior from Quakertown, Pennsylvania, has committed to swim for Division III Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Woods will graduate from Quakertown Community High School in spring 2021 and join the Cougar’s class of 2025.

Woods is a current swimmer for the Upper Perkiomen Valley YMCA along with swimming for her high school at Quakertown Community. She was recently awarded the Most Courageous Athlete Award for the Pennridge and Quakertown school disctricts.

“I chose Misericordia University because not only does the school have a strong program for my major, but the swim team environment is something that I knew I wanted to be a part of from the moment I stepped on the pool deck and on campus for my recruit trip.”
