The Lafayette Leopards traveled down south to Plantation, Florida to get in some key winter training. Check out the video above, edited by freshman backstroker Noah Decker, which features some of the highlights from their workouts over the course of the trip.
Lafayette finished 7th of 10 teams at the Patriot League Championships last season. Before they head into this year’s upcoming Patriot League Champs in February, they’ve got the Navy Invite slated for January 30th.
