Job Requirements
- 6-8 hours per week on deck coaching Red, White, and Bronze groups
- 6-8 hours per month on team administration, including but not limited to:
- Meeting with other coaches to develop and align season plan
- Communication with families
- Assist with team initiatives and social media
- Attend USA and SAL Dual meets as needed throughout the season
- Previous swim coaching experience is required
- Must acquire & maintain USA Swimming Coach Certifications/Credentials
Qualities of a Successful Candidate
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Successful at instructing, managing, and connecting with young children
- Enthusiasm and ability to instill a “love of the sport” in young athletes
Compensation
- Pay is commensurate with experience, with the potential for growth based on the success of the
group. All required clearances and certifications for employment are reimbursable.
