Fitter & Faster is hiring! One of the most impactful roles in the company is now open, and they’re looking for a proven leader in the swimming community with national reach and influence.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone with 5–10+ years of experience leading a successful swim program at the club or collegiate level—ideally someone who has managed staff, worked with a budget, and built a reputation for excellence. Whether success has meant placing athletes at top college programs, producing Olympians, growing a team, or building a sustainable swim business—Fitter & Faster wants to hear how candidates define their success and how their experience can benefit swimmers, coaches, and teams across the U.S. and Canada.

They’re looking for someone who is well-respected and well-connected in the swimming community—ideally someone who’s already known by name or is ready to become a recognized leader through the visibility and reach this role offers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a national team of clinicians based across the U.S. and Canada
• Collaborating with coaches, teams, and partners to ensure each camp delivers exceptional value
• Helping shape the direction of programming and strategic partnerships nationwide
• Consulting with coaches, boards, and industry leaders on performance and operational goals
• Engaging directly with coaches, parents, and participants to gather feedback that helps evolve and improve camp offerings
