This week’s Set of the Week comes from Ethan Beseris, FINIS Team Sales Rep.
For this set, you will learn to rely on your teammates to progress. Grab a friend on the way to the pool, recruit the person in the lane next to you, and get ready to swim fast!
Warmup
100 swim
3×100 IM
100 kick
Set I
75 accelerate on :20 seconds rest (or equivalent interval)
25 underwater on :30 seconds rest (or equivalent interval)
x 4
Main Set
10×100 on 2 minutes rest (or equivalent interval), swam as 75 fast 25 easy
Set a goal time for your 100 race. Your task is to hit that goal time on first 75 of your 100. For every time that the entire group makes their goal time, a repeat is subtracted
Cool Down
