Garrett McCaffrey sits down with Thomas Anderson of KING Aquatic Club shortly after he set the National Age Group Record in the 13-14 100 yard backstroke with a :48.73. He was out in :23.32 with collegiate level kickouts that he carried through his last wall. The performance is even more impressive when you consider that he was coming off a pretty bad illness this week. This kid’s underwaters are BIG TIME. His kick outs are definatly Sheilds level. It’ll be interesting to see if his sc talent translates to long course. Very impressive to watch.
