Once the Rio games are over, the British Swimming Coaches Association (BSCA) will be having their 51st annual conference and awards dinner. During the conference, there will be workshops on ways to educate, inspire, inform, and help all coaches. Some of the key speakers include Dirk Lange, Mel Marshall, Stefano Morini, Patrick Pearson, Jolyon Finck and Britain’s head coach Bill Furniss.
