NCAP’s A-team of Jt Schmid, Lleyton Arnold, Rian Graham, and Josh Howat took the win in the 4×100 medley relay in 3:41.91.

The men’s 400 free saw a familiar face win, as Hudson DeGroote, the men’s 1500 free and 400 IM champion, got his hand on the wall first in 3:57.10.

Diehl claimed 2 victories tonight, making it 3 wins for the meet so far. He swam a 50.21 in the 100 free and a 54.71 in the 100 back for the golds.
