All-Star Meet Clinic Features Olympians Connor Jaeger and Cullen Jones

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Olympians Connor Jaeger (Fair Haven, N.J.) and Cullen Jones (Irvington, N.J.) will lead a freestyle clinic after the 14 & Under All-Star Meet on Saturday, January 9 starting at 4:30 p.m. in the Indiana University-Purdue University Natatorium.

The Olympians will assist in teaching in-water techniques and speak about their experience as professional swimmers. The athletes who compete in the 14 & Under All-Star Meet are invited to attend the clinic after the competition of the meet. Five teams from six different LSCs will be attending the event.

““Giving back to young swimmers is always a rewarding experience,” said Olympic gold medalist, Cullen Jones. “I’m excited to help the kids in Indianapolis get one step closer to achieving their goals through this clinic.”

After recently competing in the Mutual of Omaha Duel in the Pool in December at the Indiana University-Purdue University Natatorium, Jaeger is excited to be back in Indianapolis.

“Team USA finished December with an exciting meet against Europe at IUPUI. Especially after the home crowd treated us so well there, I am looking forward to getting back there and giving back to the community,” said Connor Jaeger who took home gold for the U.S. in the 1500-meter freestyle at the Mutual of Omaha Duel in the Pool.

Prior to the clinic, Jaeger will take part in the meet’s opening ceremony parade. Both Olympians will be available to sign autographs and take photos with the athletes and spectators during the meet.

The event will be open to the media
