Swimming is live at 2:30 pm EST every day except last Sunday (12:30).
This also has the prime time schedule (delayed) for NBC, swimming is on at either 8pm or 9pm depending on the day and it’s very confusing.
Also worth noting: the last finals session 8/4 starts two hours earlier (6:30 pm local time) according to the official website
Is NBC going to tape delay finals?
The Singapore Erasure :skull:
Didn’t realise there were 4 nights with no relays.
And forgot there were no rest days between the women’s 200 and 100 frees for MOC and Siobhan. Also between the 400 free and 200 free for Titmus.
Sunday finals should say women’s100 butterfly final.
I’ve been tapering for these 0430 finals sessions with streams of European athletics for the past month or so. And still a week or so of them to get myself to peak form.
I am sure you’ll make it …
7-9pm heats. Sleep 9-4.20. 4.30-6.30am finals. 6.30-7.45am gym. 8.30-6pm work. Rinse and repeat. It’s going to be a long 9 days.
