I couldn’t get back on the site yesterday so I didn’t get the chance to say congratulations to Mattson for his medal in the 200 breast. Good start for Bo Jacobsen 🙂
I’m still a little disappointed for RMP, but have to give credit to Efimova for a great race. RMP still swam her 2nd best time ever, but that little bit of extra tension just meant she couldn’t quite respond. She said afterwards she felt she had done all she could and couldn’t put a finger on what was not quite there. We are still very proud of her and what she has achieved, and proud of her graciousness in defeat. She and Lotte have been fantastic ambassadors for… Read more »

I have recently switched sports . Now inspired by Rute’s & Kevin I am in training for the Neck Olympics as a knowledgeable spectator.
I did 20 x 50 breastroke with the finis no strap paddle & can feel the band of muscle on the outside of te eck already expanding.
Now I see Florent has managed to get a neck wider than his head.
It is a fast improving sport .
