JOB DESCRIPTION
Swim Atlanta is currently seeking an age group / high school group coach.
Interested candidates should have a passion for the sport, experience with competitive swimming and coaching, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow as a coach and professional.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Coaching all levels of age group swimmers with a focus on technique and development
- primary responsibility of our high school group, including the planning and implementation of their swim and dryland training
- attend weekend swim meets as scheduled
- consistently communicate with swimmers and parents and other team administrative duties
