Helsingør Swimclub in Denmark is searching for new Head Swim Coach

Helsingør Swim Club is looking for a candidate who is prepared to become Mr(s) Helsingør Swim Club. Someone who is willing to bring the swim club to the next level as a competition swim Club, with brain and heart.

Helsingør Swim Club is in the process of achieving certification as a Talent Center under Danish Swim Federation and we expect our new coach to bring the club through the last phases of the certification.

We expect new coach to have certified skill as swim trainer including knowledge about competition and competition psychology.

Expected start August 1st 2015

Our goal is to be number one swim club in North Zealand.

PROFILE AS HEAD COACH IN HELSINGØR SWIM CLUB:

Enthusiastic management style
A visible and strong personality
Clear and friendly communication
High levels of verbal and written communication
Ability to plan, structure and perform training on the deck
Comfortable with collecting and analyzing swim data to obtain better results
High computer literacy
Preferably 30 – 50 years of age, male or female

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

If you not are from Denmark we are offering a contact person to help with practical issues when moving to Denmark such as registration with municipality, bank, tax etc.
Help to find suitable accommodation
Salary according to qualifications
Yearly bonus opportunity
3 – 5 years contract

Next Training camp will be at “Best Swim Mallorca” in October 2015
