Overview:

Davis Aquatic Masters (DAM) is a premier aquatic club dedicated to promoting the sport of swimming for all skill levels. We are currently searching for a full-time Assistant Head Swim Coach to support our Head Coach in various aspects of coaching, training, and administration. As the Assistant Head Swim Coach, you will help develop swimmers of all levels, help organize practice sessions, assist with swim meets, and foster a positive and inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Together with the head coach develop and implement training programs that promote the physical, emotional, and psychological development of swimmers of various age groups and skill levels.
• Provide individualized feedback and technique correction.
• Assist in organizing and overseeing swim meets.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, training progress, and performance.
• Ensure safety compliance during all practices and swim meets.
• Serve as a point of contact for swimmers, addressing concerns and providing updates onteam activities.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrative swim coaching experience.
• Knowledge of swimming techniques, training methods, and swim meet organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications
