JOB DESCRIPTION
SwimLabs seeks Swim Instructors: We believe the best route to water safety in young or new swimmers to not just learn to swim, but to swim correctly and confidently. And we know that even the slightest adjustment to a competitive swimmer’s technique can mean giving them the edge they need to excel. Our approach to swimming has been proven time and again to teach new swimmers, help youth swimmers to excel at their highest level, push master swimmers to go beyond their current times and abilities, and help triathletes conquer the swim portion of competition in personal best times.
We are here to get everyone swimming safer, better and faster – faster. And we do it all with an abundance of fun, a feeling of family, and an absence of fear.

Highlands Ranch/Centennial, Colorado- Encinitas, CA- Orange County, CA- Vienna, VA- Naperville, IL- Seattle, WA

WORK HOURS
15-30 Hours/Week; Monday-Saturday
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-Loves to teach
-Previous swimming experience, such as teaching swim lessons, coaching swim team, or swimming on a team
-Desire and ability to teach all ages and abilities
-CPR and First Aid certifications
-Great customer service skills
-Efficient class management skills
-Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults
-Willingness to learn and execute the SwimLabs Swim School teaching method
-Desire to work in a team environment
-Ability to work a consistent weekly schedule
JOB DUTIES (ALL NEW EMPLOYEES WILL BE TRAINED)
-Teaching lessons to all ages and abilities, including group and private lessons, and may include competitive lessons, depending on skill level and previous experience
-Using Dartfish analysis software
-Teaching the SwimLabs method
-Moderate maintenance work on pools and facility
-Communicate regularly with children and adults
