Swim Job: Kansas City Blazers seeks Head Site Swim Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Kansas City Blazers are seeking an enthusiastic, full time head site coach for one of our age group sites in Johnson County (Kansas City suburb). This is one of our larger age group sites with 100-130 athletes ranging from novice to nationally-ranked swimmers. Responsibilities include training the top two groups (Blue and Gold), along with various administrative duties and overseeing the site’s part-time staff.

The Kansas City Blazers is a team that celebrates 40 years of success with a commitment to excellence. Our staff is made up of 6 full-time coaches and numerous assistant coaches working together at our park office and pools throughout Johnson County. We are fortunate to be a department of the Johnson County Park and Recreation District which offers our coaches a competitive salary, along with health, retirement, and financial benefits that are unmatched! Additionally travel expenses, professional education, and a gas and phone allowance are provided by the KCB Parents Association.
