JOB DESCRIPTION
Findlay Area Swim Team (FAST – www.fastswim.com) is excited to announce that we are looking for a head coach. Our USA swim team is a year-long program encompassing 60 to 90 swimmers. FAST consistently trains our swimmers to become State, Zone and Sectional qualifiers. We are looking for a coach that will strive to bring out the excellence in others and will lead and manage the entire competitive swimming program.
This is a full-time position that has both on deck and administrative assignments. Duties include:*
- Recruitment, hiring and discipline of all coaches,
- Verifying and maintaining all coaches certification,
- Schedule and maintain practice dates, times, groups and workouts,
- All swim meet duties,
- Goal setting for all swimmers and
- Attendance at parent driven Board Meetings.
