Practice + Pancakes: Arkansas Women Taper for Tennessee Invite

We went down to Fayetteville, Arkansas to visit with the University of Arkansas women. We caught them right before the Tennessee Invite, their mid-season meet, so they were just starting everyone’s favorite – taper time. We got an hour with the “uppers”, who had a little bit of pace work and a little bit of power work, and an hour with the “lowers”, who… just kind of did sprinter things.
