Cornell Men Impressive in Loss to Harvard at Tri-Meet with Dartmouth

Cornell’s vastly-improved men’s team made Harvard work for their victory on Saturday. Both teams beat Dartmouth at the tri-meet. Harvard’s Spenser Goodman won a closely-contested 200 free.

University of Tennessee Phases Out Lady Vols Name for Women’s Sports

The University of Tennessee has made the decision to phase out the “Lady Vols” name for women’s sports (with the exception of women’s basketball). The teams will now be using the “Power T” logo and the nickname “the Volunteers” currently used by men’s sports.

Irish Sign 10 New Swimmers In Class of 2019

The University of Notre Dame men’s swimming and diving team announced 10 signees for the class of 2019 in the early signing period. The 10-man squad is the second largest class in the history of the program, after the class of 2015 (currently at 11 swimmers, 3 divers).

NCAA Champion Relay Elected to Northwestern Athletics Hall of Fame
