Mansfield Aquatic Club’s Haley Yelle Verbally Commits to Texas A&M

Haley Yelle of Mansfield, Texas has verbally committed to Texas A&M. A senior at Mansfield Legacy High School, Yelle has finished either first or second in the 200 free and 500 free at the Texas 5A State Championships in each of the last three years.

Yelle swims year-round for Mansfield Aquatic Club under head coach Cody Huckabay. She is an Olympic Trials qualifier in the 400 and 800 freestyle events and is a USA Swimming Scholastic All American. She was a top-8 finisher in the 400/800/1500 freestyle events at Speedo Junior Nationals this past summer, and in the 200/400/800 meter freestyles at College Park Sectionals.
