Madi Wilson Discusses Her Tactics for the 100 Backstroke (Video)

Australian Madi Wilson had great success last summer at the World Championships in Kazan winning the silver medal in the women’s 100 backstroke in a time of 58.75. Despite this tremendous result in the 100 meter distance the 21 year-old explains that her training is still centred around the 200 backstroke.

In this video interview she discusses how her and her coach Michael Bohl approach the 100 backstroke, her focus on easy speed and how she allows herself to swim a relaxed race.
