National Wholesale Sales Manager

Remote – Travel Required | SwimOutlet | Full time

The Role

SwimOutlet has grown to become the largest competitive swim retailer and team dealer in the United States. The private label brands of Sporti and ClubSwim have been growing at an exceptional rate with massive potential for more. We offer the largest assortment of products, superior customer service and best quality available. We are a team of swimmers and we love swimming.

We are looking for a National Key Account Manager to manage and grow our business, which includes a focus on swim schools, facilities and retail opportunities. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person, who is passionate about swimming and business development, to grow our sales from the ground up.

This is a 100% remote role that requires travel to accounts, events, meetings and facilities across the US.

What You Will Do

  • Develop the wholesale sales strategy including the annual sales plan and sales performance metrics
  • Deliver on new business goals by winning new business and growing existing key accounts across the US
  • Establish and manage strong relationships with existing key strategic accounts with significant growth potential
  • Ensure ongoing communication about account activity with Marketing, Supply Chains, Private Label Brands, Teams Sales and Customer Service
  • Forecast sales volume and communicate sales performance metrics
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and lead the internal process to support B2B operations
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere that strengthens the team

Who You Are

  • You know aquatics sports; preferably competitive swimming, swim teams and swim lessons
  • A results driven self-directed sales professional with 5+ years or more of B2B wholesale sales experience preferably in athletic apparel and equipment sales
  • A strategic planner with the ability to drill down, manage and accomplish tasks and goals
  • Excellent at building business relationships and customer focused
  • Able to thrive in a growing, small business environment with an ability to think outside of the box and creatively problem solve
  • Enthusiastic with a positive demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, teams, athletes and colleagues
  • Able to coordinate a variety of activities and prioritize work to meet deadlines and grow the business
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Tech savvy: NetSuite, Salesforce, Google Workspace, MS Office
  • Able to travel and have a valid driver license
