Major Responsibilities:
- Coaching

- Oversight of training group(s) in collaboration with full-time coaching staff
- Active participation at home and away swim & dive meets
- Operations

- Social media
- Hotel contracts, transportation, per diem, meals, etc. for team travel while staying within prescribed budget
- Assistance with equipment ordering, inventory and distribution
- Fundraising initiatives and logistics
- Recruiting

- Plan and participate in unofficial and official visits in collaboration with full-time coaching staff
- Community Service

- Coordinate community service opportunities for the swimming and diving team
- Professionalism

- Maintain superb professionalism when interacting with prospects, current student-athletes, alumni and colleagues
- Serve as an ambassador of BGSU and the swimming and diving team
Additional Responsibilities:
- Other duties assigned by Head Swimming & Diving Coach.
