The Dayton Raiders Swim Club is looking to hire 1-2 Senior Assistant coaches at the end of the 2018 summer swim season. We have been fortunate to have some of the best young coaching talent in the Greater Dayton Area, but things change and so do part time assistant coaches. Part of my job here is to develop these young talented coaches to go off and help other clubs or coach their own club.
Regardless, there will be at least 1 senior level assistant coach position! It is a great opportunity to work with one of the oldest and most established swim clubs in the country. It is a hands on position with a lot of freedom to maneuver and develop on the job training. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head Coach who has been here for 30 years, as well as, the other senior support staff, learn to swim staff and facility staff.
It is a part time, hourly position, but could develop into a more permanent or full time position for the right individual. The position will entail about 12-more hours per week with additional hours available for the right person coaching, teaching lessons and or life guarding. Team will pay for all certifications, reimbursement for meet travel or travel to clinics, etc.

Aquatic Team of Mecklenburg (ATOM) is currently seeking an energetic, knowledgeable and passionate full time swim coach for our sites in the Uptown and Southpark areas of Charlotte, NC.
