Location: Remote

Fitter & Faster is seeking a strategic, highly organized, and relationship-driven professional to help shape and scale one of the most impactful roles in our company—with national reach and influence.

We’re looking for someone with 5–10+ years of professional experience that includes hiring and managing staff, overseeing administrative operations, and driving business outcomes. This role requires strong follow-through, a systems-oriented mindset, and the ability to bring structure, clarity, and continuous improvement to a fast-moving environment.

While a background in competitive swimming is highly valuable—especially experience leading a swim program or working closely with athletes, parents, and coaches—it’s not the sole requirement. What matters most is your ability to lead with purpose, collaborate across departments, and deliver a high-quality experience for everyone we serve.

The ideal candidate is respected in their field, comfortable operating independently, and passionate about advancing swimming through thoughtful leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a national team of clinicians across the U.S. and Canada

  • Collaborate with host teams and internal departments to ensure each camp is logistically sound and delivers exceptional value

  • Lead programming strategy and help evolve our curriculum to meet the changing needs of swimmers and coaches

  • Build community and alignment among clinicians to strengthen engagement and culture

  • Partner with coaches, team boards, and industry leaders on both performance and operational objectives

  • Gather, analyze, and act on feedback from participants, parents, and coaches to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of relevant professional experience in a leadership or operational role

  • Demonstrated success hiring and managing staff, overseeing budgets, and improving workflows

  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to follow through, build relationships, and manage multiple priorities

  • Highly organized and systems-oriented, with strong attention to detail

  • A background in swimming—especially in coaching, team leadership, or performance development—is a valuable asset

  • A passion for advancing the sport of swimming and making a lasting impact at all levels

What We Offer

  • A flexible, remote work environment

  • A collaborative, mission-driven team

  • The opportunity to make a national impact through strategic leadership

  • A role that blends people leadership, systems thinking, and operational execution

  • Competitive compensation, including performance-based bonuses
