COM Aquatics offers a full scholarship (room, board, books, tuition and fees) for a swim or dive coach internship.
This program is through Midland College, a 2 year college and is open to any degree plan.
Coach will work 20 hours per week with the developmental part of our competitive swim team. 12-15 hours of on deck coaching and 5-8 hours of administrative responsibilities.
Coaches will learn the foundations of coaching including stroke mechanics, group management, athlete relationships and how to work with parents.
