Jaeger talks rivalry with McBroom (Video Interview)

It’s been an interesting weekend for Connor Jaeger, who won the 200 free and 1500 free, but dropped the middle distanced 400 and 800 to fellow distance man Michael McBroom.

 

The back-and-forth is a good indicator for the two, showing they are both in it to win it going into this summer, as well as potentially fueling a new American rivalry, even though Jaeger explains that they are good friends outside the pool. Either way, it should make for a great showing at Worlds, where the distance duo will both be competing in the 400-800-1500.

I love both swimmers ! they are very dedicated and respectful for each other . Usa has new leaders in the long distances and that’s owesome .
