Jackson Bernstein, a current high school senior from Irvine, California, has committed to swim for Division I University of California at San Diego. Bernstein will graduate from Woodbridge High School in spring 2021 join the Triton’s class of 2025.
Bernstein currently swims for Irvine Novaquatics and is a sectionals, futures and junior national qualifier. He is also a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American. At the 2020 Speedo Champions Series—Carlsbad, he placed 7th in the 1,000 freestyle with a time of 9:27.53.

At the MPSF Championships with the Tritons, Bernstein would have placed 9th in the 1650 freestyle (15:51.46) and 15th in the 500 freestyle (4:34.00) with his current best times.

At the MPSF Championships, the Tritons’ placed 4th as a team. Twenty-eight team members were CSCAA Scholar All-Americans and the team was given a CSCAA Scholar All-American rank.
