WASHINGTON, DC — Second-year Howard swimming & diving head coach Nicholas Askew has announced the 2015-16 schedules for the men’s and women’s programs.
The season slates break down as follows:
– Coastal Collegiate Swimming Association (CCSA) conference meets against North Carolina A&T (home & home), VMI (neutral), UMBC (away) and NJIT (neutral);
– Non-conference contests with George Washington (home opener on 10/17), American (home), Mount St. Mary’s (home), Loyola Maryland (away), Marymount (home), Drexel (away) and Catholic (away);
– Back-to-back invitational meets at George Mason (11/19) and Randolph-Macon (12/4).
– Two season-opening community events: the Bison Swim-A-Thon on September 12 and the Howard Swimming Alumni Meet on October 2.
The season will conclude at the CCSA Championships on mid-February in Athens, Georgia.
