Colorado Time Systems (CTS), a PlayCore company, has partnered with the Fitter and Faster Swim Tour presented by Swimoutlet.com for the Advanced Speed and Power Camp in Cleveland, OH this fall. The camp is scheduled to immediately follow the American Swimming Coaches Association World Clinic. Olympic athletes Matt Biondi and Kara Lynn Joyce, along with strength coach Nick Folker will work with swimmers from all over the Central Zone to improve their starts, turns, breakouts, and other crucial power phases of the race.
Colorado Time Systems will provide a Train Right system, which provides immediate visual feedback to the athletes on the speed of their starts, turns, breakouts, and more.
