Greenwood Swimming 12-year-old Eli Henley dropped 10 seconds in the 200 IM with a New England LSC record of 2:18.32 at Brown University this weekend.

Henley demolished his previous-best 2:28.58 from May en route to erasing Aaron Zhu‘s New England LSC record of 2:19.94 from 2015. He now ranks as the fastest 11-12 boy in the U.S. this season and No. 17 all-time in the national age group (NAG) rankings after massive improvements in his backstroke and breaststroke splits. Richard Poplawski owns the NAG record at 2:13.59 from 2019.
