The East Carolina men’s swimming program received written commitments from six talented high school athletes during the 2014 spring signing period, announced head coach Rick Kobe Wednesday. The newest group of future Pirates features Taylor Berkley, Boleck DePawlikowski, Jake Minasi, Drew Queen, Zach Webb and Tyler Zieg. These additions bring the Pirates’ incoming class of 2014 to a total of nine as they join Eyan Eagle, Scott Kent and Matt Mullen whom all signed during the fall.
“We are very excited about the recruiting class we have signed,” Kobe said. “My staff and I are looking forward to working with these young men and incorporating them into our current roster. We feel very good about the future of our program.”
