Calvyn Justus Gets His #OlympicInk, Plus Lion Clubs! (Video)

Swimming South Africa’s Calvyn Justus is our sport’s resident Youtube vlogger, with over 45,000 subscribers and nearly 3 million views, and we couldn’t be happier for it.

Over the last year, we’ve followed Justus on his Olympic journey, from FINA World Cup Meets in Doha and Dubai, through Olympic team training camp in Florida, where we met the rest of the South African team. We’ve even laughed along with his Most Annoying Types of Swimmers.

After swimming on the 9th-place South African 4 x 200 free relay alongside Myles Brown, Sebastien Rousseau, and Dylan Bosch, Justus has come to the last step of his Rio 2016 journey, flying into Johannesburg to meet with his sisters and get his Olympic rings tattoo.

However, our favorite part of this video is his trip to a Johannesburg nature preserve.

You can follow along with Justus’s swimming adventures below. However, first, we’d recommend you check out his Rio Olympics from an Athlete’s Perspective video, where you can see Olympic Village, the competition pool, the Parade of Nations, the warm up pool, and more, all from the viewpoint of an Olympic swimmer.
