VIDEO: Are you with me? Zagreb Swim Club shares an inside look

Zagreb, Croatia’s Zagreb Swim Club is here to give you an inside look at a day in the life of one of their swimmers. Are you with them?

Mislav Cindric submitted this video to SwimSwam, which was shot with a GoPro camera and set to Lost Frequencies’ song “Are You With Me.”

The video combines footage from one of Zagreb Swim Club’s recovery days and one of its speed workouts. In it, you’ll get a glimpse of training techniques, both in the pool and in the weight room, using stretch cords, weight plates, speed assist cords and more.

Zagreb Swim Club is coached by Pero Kuterovac, who was also the strength and conditioning coach for Croatia’s national water polo team in 2012, a team that won the Olympic gold medal in London. You can definitely see Kuterovac’s strength and conditioning background coming through in the video, particularly the dryland exercises.

The video is above, courtesy of dorica8 on YouTube, and you can also find the video by following this link. It checks in at just over two minutes, and also has some beautiful shots of Zagreb’s outdoor training facility.
