173 Women’s D1 Programs Earn CSCAA Scholar All-America Honors

The College Swim Coaches Association (CSCAA) has announced their list of Scholar All-America swimming teams in women’s division 1. An unprecedented 173 women’s teams were honored, as opposed to only 95 division 1 men’s programs that made the list.

In order to receive the honor, the team had to carry a GPA of 3.0 or higher. The South Carolina women had the highest overall GPA, coming in with a 3.73.

Here is a look at how the teams that scored in the top 10 at NCAAs performed in the classroom, in order of their standings at NCAAs. Many of the teams who performed the best at NCAAs also had some of the highest GPAs on the entire list, such as California (3.57) and Indiana (3.61).
