West Virginia has announced its schedule for the 2017-18 season.
Their season will begin with the Gold-Blue intrasquad meet, and their fall dual meet schedule will be headed by a tri meet with Seton Hall and Xavier from Oct. 27-28. After that, the swimming and diving teams will break off for their mid-season invites. The swimmers will head to Columbus for the Ohio State Invitational, while the divers will compete at the Frank Elm Invitational in Piscataway, NJ. Both meets will run from Nov. 17-19.
Coming back from the winter break, WVU will face their toughest competition of the year with a dual meet against Pitt on Jan. 6. That will be followed by a dual with TCU on Jan. 13, and their regular season will close with a tri meet against Villanova and Iowa State (W only). They’ll kick off their championship season with the Big 12 Champs, held in Austin from Feb. 21-24.
The women’s NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships is set for Mar. 15-17, in Columbus, Ohio, while the men’s national championship meet will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota, from Mar. 22-24. Below is the full schedule for both men’s and women’s teams, though only the men’s NCAA champs are listed.
