Watch: Swim Fort Lauderdale Gets Pumped For Southern Senior Champs

Swim Fort Lauderdale knows how to swim fast while still having fun. The team recently competed in the 2015 Southern Senior Championships in Shenandoah, Texas, where they took second in the combined team scores and first in the men’s rankings. SFTL swimmer Nikita Tretyakov took the male high point trophy, and the STFL men swept all three relays.

The team even swept the top five spots in the men’s 50 meter free, where Raphael Marcoux swam 23.76, Phillipe Marcoux posted 23.97, Julien Pinon swam 24.28, Tretyakov posted 24.52, and Guillaume Bolivard hit the wall in 24.56.

Gold medals for the SFTL team included Pinon in the 200m fly (2:07.28), Tretyakov in the 100m back (57.68) and 400 meter free (4:04.67), and the relay team of Pinon, Marcoux, Marcoux, and Tretyakov in the 800 meter free relay (7:46.89).

Allison Kopas, Amanda Kopas, Cathy Cooper, Natalya Wozab, Sarah Asseraf, Marcoux, Marcoux, James Dika, Tretyakov, Pinon, Sebastian Vargas, Bolivard and Kevin Degryze represented the team.
