TAC Titans Take Down Mixed 400 Free, 400 Medley Relay 11-12 NAG Records
The 11-12 swimmers took a combined 16.68-seconds off two mixed relay NAG records at the 2024 TAC Titans LC Qualifier.
13-Year Old Reina Liu Swims 22.4 in the 50 Free, 52.6 in the 100 Back at NC Age Groups
Reina Liu won 10 events and swam some of the fastest times in history for a 13-year-old, while David Sammons won 13 gold medals at the North Carolina Age Group Championships.
