10 Oldest Long Course U.S. NAG records still on the books
With the next month or so likely to bring with it a healthy wave of new National Age Group (NAG) records, SwimSwam decided to take a look at the current record book for the oldest NAGs on record.
Race Video: Michael Andrew 100m Free 13-14 NAG Record, 51.30
Andrew swam a 51.30 in the 100 long course meter freestyle, which broke Noel Strauss’ 1987 record of 51.59. Strauss, you will recall, was the Jr. National Champion in the 50 free at just 13 years old.
