Swim Job: Nationally Ranked Synchro Team Seeks Head Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION

(Up to 30 hours per week including benefits)

The YMCA of the North Shore is seeking a Head Coach for its Nationally Ranked Synchronized Swim Team.

Athletes range from Novice to Junior (ages 5-18) level.

This program draws from seven locations and operates largely out of the Beverly location.

The ideal Head Coach candidate will have a background in program and competitive synchronized swimming as an athlete and a coach.

Required skills include coaching experience with multiple age groups, choreography, music editing and team administration experience.

The Head Coach will be responsible for creating workouts, practice schedule and overseeing the development of all athletes from Novice to Junior level.

This is a part time position with additional administrative hours as needed. Hours include weekday, weekend and some overnight team competition trips.
